Biography

Caspian is a hip hop artist from Surrey (Vancouver BC) Canada. Born in Kuwait City, with a Persian background, his family moved to Canada due to the Gulf War and the invasion of Kuwait, first to Montreal then to Vancouver where he would grow up to learn and fall in love with music and discover what would change his life forever, HipHop.

 

He got his first taste of fame in high school when he became an undefeated Battle rapper on 102.7 FM with over 80 wins and no losses, the radio show retired him Undefeated and named him the Wayne Gretzky of Battle rap. The exposure of the radio show opened up many opportunities including performing in Night Clubs at the age of 16.

 

After releasing multiple songs and videos, Caspian got the break he was looking for, signing a deal with CP Records and creating a top 3 charting video on Much Vibe TV with his single Amnesia featuring Belly (XO). Since then, Caspian has performed on multiple tours across Canada and Europe, including shows alongside Rick Ross, Pusha T, Three 6 Mafia, ICE-T, Akon, Twista, Merkules, Tech N9ne, Snak The Ripper, Yelawolf and many more. Publications include some of the top sites in his genre such as Vice / Noisey, HiphopDx, Worldstarhiphop and radio play on some of the biggest radio stations in Canada. Caspian has proved to be one of the elite rappers to come out of the country and the best is yet to come.
